Upload and Download Procedures
Dictations are recorded using the digital voice recorder (DVR) electronically. These digitally recorded dictations are then downloaded to our FTP server via internet. You are provided with a secure password to access your file directory on our site.

Transcription
These uploaded dictations are then downloaded and assigned to MTs dedicated to the specific account. Dictations are then transcribed on the transcription station and put into the customize format that is chosen by the client.

Quality Checks
These reports then go through rigorous quality check by the proofreader and the QA for the accuracy of the report. This enable us to provide more than 99% of accuracy to our clients.

Delivery of the reports
Completed reports are than uploaded back to the FTP server. Clients can download completed reports after logging back into their account.

Quality
The advantage of our service is not limited to technology. The main advantage with us is you are going to have dedicated transcriptionists, proofreaders and quality analysts who are well trained and highly motivated and are proficient and well versed with AAMT guidelines, spelling, grammer and medical terminology.

To ensure accuracy, we have three layers of quality assurance system:

1. Medical transcriptionists first type the reports and then electronically check for the spelling and grammar. Transcriptionists work in a group of 3-5 and each transcriptionists crosschecks their fellow transcriptionist's work.

2. Proofreaders are the second level of quality assurance who are having more than 6 years of experience as MT. Each proofreader manage a team of 3-5 MTs. Proofreaders check for spelling and grammar error, and ensures that all the client specification on formats are followed.

3. The thired level of quality assurance is undertaken by the quality analysts who are qualified doctors. The QA goes through each reports checking for context errors and assists MTs and Proofreaders in time of needs.
